Yes, currently Alocta is 100% free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future, but existing features will remain available.
No, it's a web app. Just sign up and connect your accounts, and you're good to start.

Log in using your Alocta account. It will take you to the dashboard page where you can simply connect to the platform you want to connect.
Security & Privacy

No, we fetch live data from each platform when you view the analytics. We only store minimal metadata to identify your connected accounts.
Your OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and never shared with anyone.
No, we do not sell, trade, or rent your data to anyone.
Yes. You have three ways to delete your data:
A) Delete your entire account using the "Delete Account" button in the navigation menu. This permanently removes your login credentials, email, and all connected platform data.
B) Disconnect a specific platform (e.g., YouTube, Google, or Facebook) from your dashboard. This immediately removes all tokens and metadata we've stored for that particular platform.
C) If you can't log in, email us at privacy@alocta.com with your account email address, and we will manually delete your data within 30 days (as stated in our Privacy Policy).
Data & Integrations
No, our app is read‑only. We cannot create, edit, publish, or delete anything from your account.
We monitor changes and update accordingly. Some features may temporarily be affected by the connected platforms API changes.
We show the same data from the same APIs. Differences may arise from date ranges, time zones, or a delay in processing.
Data is updated based on each platform's API refresh schedule, typically within 24 to 72 hours.
All tokens and metadata for that platform are removed immediately.
Account & Billing
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a 6-digit OTP so you can set a new password.
Not currently, each user needs their own account. Team features may come later.
The service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, refund policies will be stated clearly.
Not currently, but we plan to add CSV exports in the future.
Technical & Troubleshooting
Please ensure both GA4 and GSC are set up correctly. The connected email must be the verified owner of both accounts. Note that new data may take up to 48 hours to populate.
Individual reel analytics are not currently supported. Only posts, videos, and page‑level metrics are shown. Page-level metrics do count reel analytics.
Refresh the page. If it persists, check your internet connection or try again later. The API may be slow.
Each platform has its own update schedule. We show the most recent available data.
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, the latest two versions.
This may be due to a temporary connection issue. Please try refreshing your page. If the problem continues, try disconnecting and reconnecting your platform. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@alocta.com, and we’ll investigate immediately.
