Welcome to Alocta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at alocta.com, the Alocta analytics dashboard, and any related products, features, content, and services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the services.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alocta ("Alocta," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and that entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required to use the connected third-party platforms in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
You may not use the services if doing so would violate any applicable law, regulation, or the terms of any third-party platform connected through the services.
3. Description of the Services

At launch, the services support integrations with:
- YouTube
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Meta (Facebook Pages)
Alocta is designed to retrieve, organize, and display analytics data. The services are read-only and do not create, edit, publish, manage, or otherwise modify content or accounts on any connected third-party platform.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove integrations, features, or functionality at any time in order to improve the services, comply with legal or platform requirements, or respond to technical or business needs.
4. User Accounts and Account Security
To use certain features of the services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restricting access to your account and devices
- Ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Alocta is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
5. Connected Third-Party Platforms and API Integrations
The services allow you to voluntarily connect accounts and properties from supported third-party platforms, including Google, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook).
By connecting these services, you authorize Alocta to access and process the information necessary to provide the functionality you request, subject to your permissions and the applicable third-party platform policies.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers (see Google's Privacy Policy, YouTube's Terms of Service, and Meta's Privacy Policy)
- Alocta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or Meta unless expressly stated otherwise
- Alocta only retrieves and displays authorized analytics and related information and does not control the operation or availability of third-party services
- Changes made by third-party providers, including API limitations, outages, or policy changes, may affect the availability or functionality of the services
Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the services requested by the user, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Data obtained through Meta APIs is used in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms. Alocta does not use Google and Meta API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
You may revoke Alocta's access to connected third-party platforms at any time by disconnecting the integration within the services or through the relevant third-party account settings.

- Your activities create a security, legal, or operational risk
- You abuse or misuse third-party API connections or the services
- Your account is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Continued access could harm Alocta, its users, or third-party providers
Termination of your account does not limit any rights or remedies available to Alocta under applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
