Data Deletion Instructions
Last Updated: 16 August 2026
Alocta gives you full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time using one of the following methods:
1. Delete Your Entire Account (Self-Service)
Log in to your Alocta account, open the navigation menu, and click "Delete Account." This permanently removes your login credentials, email address, and information associated with your connected GA4 + GSC, YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram integrations. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. Disconnect a Specific Platform (Self-Service)
If you only want to remove one connected platform, log in to Alocta, open your Dashboard, and click "Disconnect" next to that platform. You will no longer be able to view that platform's analytics unless you connect it again. We also remove the limited account information stored to identify that connection.
3. Request Manual Deletion (If You Can't Log In)
If you're unable to access your account, email us at privacy@alocta.com from the email address associated with your account. We will manually delete your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Alocta account, we remove your account information and connected-platform information from our active systems.
When you disconnect one platform, we remove the limited account information associated with that connection while keeping your Alocta account and other integrations active.
Analytics reports are retrieved from the connected platform when requested and are not treated as permanent records in your Alocta account.
- Account information associated with a deleted Alocta account
- Connected-platform information associated with a deleted account or disconnected platform
